Publications and Services:
A) Publications
# Publication of monthly statistics bulletin, annual statistics pocketbook and yearbooks for various useful information of the country;
# Every 10 years (1) Adam Census (2) Agricultural Census and (3) Economic Census Management and Reporting;
# Determination and disclosure of other macroeconomic indicators, including total domestic production (GDP) and the rate of growth, such as: savings, investment, consumption of per capita income;


 

# Determination and publication of Monthly Consumer Price Index (CPI), including food and non-food products used in daily living;
# Prepare and publish production indicators of the month-to-month manufacturing industry;
# Preparation and publication of foreign trade statistics;
# Prepare and publish wage index and wage index for employed workers;
Preparation and publication of statistics on the production of crops and the quantity of land and land use for crops;


 

# Preparation and publication of important health and demographic indicators;
# Collection, compilation and publication of childhood information and status of children;
# To prepare and publish Gender Statistics for determining their socio-social status for the development and empowerment of women;

(B) Website
The Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics has a rich and regularly updated website of 100 MB Capacity. The key publications of the bureau have been given Key Inputers. Anyone can collect the necessary information from this website for free. Website address: www.bbs.gov.bd


 

(C) Digital copy of the data
The data gathered from the data archive of the bureau's chief office in exchange for the prescribed value can be collected through the CD.
